PANEL FENCES
In our rich offer you will also find panel fences. Made of high quality materials, protected against corrosion by galvanizing. Additionally, they can be powder painted in any color from RAL palette.
Our fences are characterized by high aesthetic values and solidity of workmanship.
Fence panels can be divided into two types depending on their structure: 3D bent and 2D double horizontal wire. All of them have a mesh size of 50x200mm.
They are used for fencing of private as well as public properties, playgrounds, companies, sports and military facilities.
PANEL FENCES BENDED 3D
Thanks to its low price and high durability it is an excellent alternative to fences made of mesh. Thanks to the mesh of 50x200mm and vertical wires sticking out for about 30mm it is an obstacle difficult to force.

DOUBLE WIRE PANEL FENCES 2D
Characteristic feature of 2D double panels is double horizontal reinforcement made of wire with larger diameter. Such application gives the panels stiffness.

ASSEMBLY METHODS
STANDARD CLAMP
This type of mounting makes it possible to install the panel in the axis of a post. Similarly as in the case of the “Clamping bracket” it does not require high precision during mounting.
U-CLAMP
This type of mounting allows you to install the fence panel to the butt of the post. Due to its construction, this system does not require high precision during mounting.
RIVETED NUT, SEMI VERSION
Posts are supplied with riveted clamps. Similarly to the “Clamp-only” fastening, the panel is butt jointed to the post. Number of clamps – from 3 to 6, depending on the height of the post.
RIVET NUT, FULL VERSION
Twin system SEMI, with the difference that the clamps are mounted under each horizontal row of panels. Due to its construction the system is used only in 2D fence panels.

To meet the wildest expectations of our customers our fences are painted in any color from the RAL palette. However, we present the most popular ones.

HOT DIP GALVANIZING AND POWDER COATING
HOT DIP GALVANIZING
An anti-corrosion coating in the form of hot dip galvanizing is applied on fences. This is a multi-stage process consisting of:
etching and washing in order to clean the element
immersion of the element in a solution of liquid zinc heated to 450-460°C.
During the controlled chemical reaction, a strong bond between the zinc particles and the steel is formed, which results in a corrosion-resistant and durable coating with a thickness of up to 50-70 µm and a durability of up to 50 years.
GALVANIZING + POWDER COATING
Previously galvanized fence elements can have an additional coating in the form of powder paint. The process consists of:
washing in a special chemical solution in order to clean the element
rinsing with demineralized water
applying an anticorrosive passivation
powder paint coating application with applicators of the renowned company GEMA
polymerization at a temperature of about 200°C creating a coating resistant to impacts, corrosion and weather conditions
The undeniable advantage of powder coating is a wide range of colors from the RAL palette, large availability of structures (smooth gloss, fine and coarse structure, hammer effect), the speed of the process, high quality of the resulting surface.
